Five simple steps to your house and land package
Montgomery Homes and Tullipan Homes have a selection of sites in the Stage One Release of Northwood, Niagara Park. Their home designs are tailored to each site and offer extensive options for homeowners to create their dream home.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
- Choose Your Desired Block from the Site Plan
Each block has a customised House & Land package on offer. Select your block and discover the home design options available from the builder.
- Discuss Your Home Design and Inclusions
Make an appointment to speak with the builder allocated to your block or visit their display homes. They’ll be able to explain exactly what is included in their packages and help you secure your chosen block.
- Secure Your Land
To secure your block, place a $1,000 holding deposit to take your block off the market. This amount will be subtracted from your 5% deposit when it comes time to exchange contracts. Your builder will also require a deposit to secure your chosen home design.
- Contracts & Payments
Land: A land contract will be drawn up for you to sign. The remainder of the 5% deposit is payable to Central Real at the time of signing this contract. The balance of your land purchase price will be due when contracts are settled.
House Package: A contract for your chosen home design will be drawn up by the builder for you. A deposit will also be payable to your builder to secure your home. Once this is complete, they can begin the pre-construction process.
